this is my first time on here and i was wondering if i could have some tips on how i can stay strong and concentrated..
So this is my first journal entry..i weigh142 pounds and i am 5'7..i gained a lot of weight because my boyfriend got into a motorcycle accident and i was at the hospital for 3 months straight and all i did was snack and sit their..i want to weigh 102 pounds..I 've been jogging lately and i eat like one time a day..which is a salad..but i need some tips on how i can stay strong through it..i cant wait to be THIN!!
